  • Leading a team of Cyber Engineers to meet customer expectations.
  • Conducting risk assessments, including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis, to evaluate and address potential security gaps.
  • Collaborating with engineers and system architects to analyze and resolve cybersecurity trade-offs and system design constraints.
  • Performing cybersecurity testing to validate that hardware and software designs meet security requirements.
  • Employing proven cybersecurity methodologies, processes, and tools, ensuring consistent application across projects.
  • Supporting assessment and authorization activities to ensure compliance with required cybersecurity standards.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 7+ years or relevant professional experience or related Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • DoDI 8570 certification (e.g., Security+).
  • Windows Operating System Experience.
  • Linux Operating System Experience.
  • DISA STIG Experience.
  • Leadership Experience.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell.
  • Patch Management Experience.
  • Experience with Red Hat Satellite Server.
  • Proficiency in C, C++ or Python.
  • Experience managing Windows Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Experience with Ansible.
  • Nessus or ACAS experience.
  • SCAP SCC or similar vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Experience using JIRA/Confluence Atlassian web-based tools.
  • Excellent technical document preparation skills and verbal communications.
