The Senior Systems Administrator will support the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) program in Charleston, South Carolina, focusing on the daily management of the Event Execution System (EES) and Integration Development Environment (IDE). This role is critical in ensuring the operational readiness of resources for customer test events, contributing to the advancement of cyber resilience and supporting cyber warfighters with innovative solutions.

  • Manage the daily operations of the NCRC's Event Execution System (EES) and Integration Development Environment (IDE).
  • Oversee resource management and ensure compliance with system architecture and requirements.
  • Deliver necessary elements for customer test events, including timely Testbed Buildout and sanitization.
  • Ensure EES resources are ready for upcoming tests.
  • Support the Cyber Support Operations team with a focus on Linux systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education plus 5 years of professional experience.
  • Certifications such as Security+, Linux+, CCNA-Security, CISSP or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux and Windows), applications, networks, and troubleshooting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of data centers, computer rooms, and complex computing environments, including certificate management for servers and clients.
  • Experience maintaining physical and virtual servers.
  • TS prior to start
  • System Admin experience with network storage (NetApp SANs)
  • Experience with VMWare / Deploying VHDs / Virtual Computing.
