About The Position

Lockheed Martin MFC is seeking a full-time Cyber Engineering candidate. The desired candidate will assist in the development of subsystems designed to protect sensitive technology and data. The selected individual will perform system functionality definition, including system states and modes, and anti-tamper and/or cyber security design features. They will also work as a member of a development team to create and mature anti-tamper subsystem designs, to include requirements development, trade studies, implementation, maturation of AT features, and associated documentation. In this role, you will develop model-based systems engineering diagrams and timing assessments to characterize system behavior for applicable use cases. At times, you will assist in the generation and maintenance of Program Protection Implementation Plans and other relevant artifacts. For this role, you will communicate/coordinate with program leadership personnel, subcontractors, external customers, and independent government review team personnel. You may also be required to assist in internal and external working groups, technical interchange meetings, and program milestone reviews, and assist in the execution of mitigation activities to address subsystem technical and programmatic risks.

Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Participated in a Senior Design Project.
  • Experience with the implementation of cybersecurity requirements on Special Test Equipment
  • Experience with cybersecurity toolset (Nessus)
  • Familiarity in the fields of Cybersecurity including system design and/or vulnerability assessment
  • US Citizen for consideration
  • This position requires a government security clearance
