Requirements

  • 2 Years with Bachelors in Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or additional years experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
  • Experience with Linux features and functionalities - basic familiarity and ability to interact with the Linux operating system at a practical level.
  • Experience with Git for managing automation code.
  • Experience with scripting tools like Bash, Python, or Powershell.
  • Experience with Ansible playbook execution and administration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with using Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with Linux kernel development.
  • Experience developing automation with Ansible.
  • Knowledgeable with FPGA systems.
  • Knowledgeable with TPM.
  • Red Hat Kickstart experience.
  • Understanding of basic networking, including subnets, routing, and VLANs.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, tests, and integrates Operating Systems configurations with COTS and GOTS components.
  • The Operating Systems will serve as tactical Operating Systems baselines for weapon systems.
  • Performing these duties on a later identified program in Huntsville, Alabama.
