Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in Multi Factor Authentication and its implementation in complex environments.
• Exhibit extensive experience with IBM Security Access Manager and its application in securing enterprise systems.
• Possess strong knowledge of IBM WCS WebSeal and its role in access management.
• Have a background in Life and Annuities Insurance, which is advantageous for understanding industry-specific security challenges.
• Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced security protocols, focusing on Multi Factor Authentication to enhance system security.
• Oversee the deployment and management of IBM Security Access Manager to protect sensitive information.
• Oversee day-to-day operational support responsibilities.
• Integration of the technical tools with other technical platforms.
• Adoption of the technical tools deeper into the enterprise.
• Provide expert guidance on IBM WCS WebSeal to ensure secure access management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures seamlessly into existing systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain security documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Monitor security alerts and respond promptly to potential threats to minimize risks.
• Design and execute security training programs to raise awareness among employees.
• Evaluate new security technologies and recommend solutions to enhance the security posture.
• Support the development of security policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security measures meet business needs without hindering operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and tools.
• Participate in incident response activities to mitigate the impact of security breaches.
