You will be the Cyber Security Senior Manager for the DT&SS Cyber Security Engineering IPT, which is responsible for safeguarding advanced development programs. In this role, you will lead the DT&SS Cyber Security Engineering IPT, driving security strategy across the advanced development program and guiding a multi-site team through the full system life-cycle. Your responsibilities include leading and coordinating cyber security engineering efforts across multiple Lockheed Martin sites, managing a team of cyber security engineers to achieve program objectives, and overseeing program-management tasks such as proposal development, scope planning, financial, and technical status reporting. You will also apply cyber security requirements across design, policy, and procedures to satisfy government regulations and program goals, and develop material for major program reviews, conduct system assessments, and maintain authorizations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep experience in cyber security controls, processes, and program management, possessing strong oral and written communication skills to present complex technical information to senior executives and customers. You should thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment, partnering with software, air vehicle, mission systems, ground systems, and SI&T teams to protect system integrity throughout the life-cycle. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance to start, and will be performed onsite in Fort Worth, TX, Marietta, GA, or Palmdale, CA.
