About The Position

The Cyber Security Senior Consultant - Microsoft 365 Infrastructure role at Deloitte involves supporting clients in securing their Microsoft 365 platforms. Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Purview, Intune, Sentinel, and Defender.
• Knowledge of cloud security analysis and configurations for Microsoft environments.
• Ability to perform technical health checks for M365 platforms.
• Experience in supporting cloud technology deployments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security services and risk mitigation strategies.
• Technical troubleshooting skills in a multi-vendor network environment.
• Strong documentation skills for technical issues and client communication.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in Microsoft security technologies.
• Experience with compliance reporting and cloud security policies.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Function as senior onshore engineer/consultant for Microsoft technologies including Purview, Intune, Sentinel, and others.
• Conduct cloud security analysis, recommendations, and configurations for clients' Microsoft environments.
• Perform technical health checks for M365 platforms prior to broader deployments.
• Support proof of concept and production deployments of cloud technologies.
• Assist clients with transitions to Microsoft 365 security services, focusing on risk mitigation.
• Assist clients with configuration and delivery of cloud security and compliance reports.
• Provide technical support for M365 E5 security services and resolve service-related issues.
• Implement industry leading practices around M365 E5 cyber risks and cloud security for clients.
• Design and develop cloud-specific security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot system level problems in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment.
• Document platform technical issues, analysis, client communication, and resolution.
• Execute on M365 security engagements during different phases of the lifecycle.
• Provide internal technical training to Advisory personnel as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud cyber risk for Microsoft technologies.
• Contribute to Point-of-Views (PoVs) on M365 security challenges.
