About The Position

Cyber Security Risk Office (CSRO) is responsible for setting strategic directions in the areas of cybersecurity. Maintains corporate security policies and control standards, acts as a second line of defense via a robust collection of risk and control assessments, reports to leadership and the Board on the status of the Cyber Security Programs, acts as an operational arm for monitoring threat intelligence, understanding when threats are being targeted against the firm, and responding to potential incidents, and serves as the main interface for Regulatory and Client reviews that focus on Cybersecurity.  This role supports CSRO Operations & Enablement by executing the day-to-day operational work required to keep CSRO’s content platforms, portfolio reporting, operating cadence, issue/improvement tracking, and tooling enablement running consistently and predictably. The Analyst helps ensure CSRO priorities and communications are aligned, traceable, and executive-ready through high-quality reporting inputs, disciplined workflow management, and well-maintained documentation and evidence.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and discipline in documentation, version control, and evidence management to support traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CSRO content platforms and pages, supporting SharePoint consolidation and ongoing content hygiene.
  • Publish and refresh materials for the Cyber Security Hub on DTCC Exchange (as directed), including navigation updates, content inventories, and version control.
  • Run the operational mechanics of CSRO’s portfolio reporting framework by collecting bi-weekly status inputs (progress, risks, dependencies, capacity indicators) from workstream owners; assembling updates into standardized reporting templates and draft executive-ready summaries for review; and tracking reporting timeliness and completeness and following up on missing inputs.
  • Maintain KPI trackers and reporting inputs that measure CSRO execution effectiveness (e.g., cadence adherence, timeliness of reporting, basic delivery indicators).
  • Coordinate the logistics and artifacts for cross-CSRO prioritization and capacity planning (e.g., intake of demand signals, consolidation of capacity inputs, backlog hygiene).
  • Prepare draft views that enable decision-making (capacity snapshots, priority lists, dependency callouts) for the CSRO Operations & Enablement to review and finalize.
  • Support engagement and cultural initiatives by organizing communications, tracking participation/feedback, and maintaining execution checklists for recurring team rhythms.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and operational readiness (agenda templates, pre-reads packaging, action-item tracking).
  • Administer the centralized issue and improvement tracking workflow by monitoring the intake queue for new CIIC submissions and ensuring entries are complete and clearly written, supporting assignment coordination (routing to the appropriate reviewer/owner group) and maintaining status hygiene, and preparing monthly/quarterly rollups for review discussions (open items, aging, themes, closures).
  • Maintain CSRO strategy execution artifacts (book of work, initiative lists, operating model roadmap trackers) and keep them current as priorities shift.
  • Coordinate updates, consolidate changes, and ensure artifacts align with agreed reporting formats and timelines.
  • Provide hands-on support for CSRO work-management enablement & SmartSuite adoption efforts.
  • Improve operational workflows by maintaining process documentation standards (SOPs, checklists, tracker definitions, reporting templates).
  • Maintain traceability of outputs by organizing supporting evidence, version history, and decision artifacts in a consistent structure aligned to CSRO expectations.
