About the position

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead cybersecurity project efforts in an enterprise-level setting. The role involves managing project resources to ensure compliance with governance priorities, directing activities to enhance service quality, and leading communication and marketing efforts to track growth objectives. The Cybersecurity Project Manager will also be responsible for documenting processes and ensuring service effectiveness through customer satisfaction metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the project resources to ensure compliance and alignment with key governance priorities and objectives.
  • Driving governance activities with familiarity around security controls and access management.
  • Managing the process and resources by which the service, process, policies and controls are documented.
  • Directing the activities of resources to increase the quality and productivity of the service through measurement and monitoring of key metrics.
  • Leading the knowledge management process to support continuing quality improvement.
  • Managing the service quality process with an eye toward lifecycle service management.
  • Leading the communication, promotion and internal marketing activities while helping track achievement toward growth objectives.
  • Demonstrating service effectiveness by gauging customer satisfaction and capturing ongoing value to both internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring maintenance of accurate records and documenting all service activities and discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or extensive equivalent experience in a management position.
  • A minimum of 5 years management experience, including experience in enterprise security governance and in identity and access management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting at executive/director levels (IT Director, VP, CIO, etc.).
  • Broad knowledge of information security (CISM, CRISC, CISSP a plus).
