Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ad hoc requests from business services leads in Cybersecurity.
• Develop timelines, action plans, and roadmaps for Cyber projects.
• Track progress in Jira following agile methodologies.
• Proactively address roadblocks and escalations.
• Track team size, turnover, and hiring progress for the cybersecurity department.
• Analyze workforce capacity and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with HR and recruiting teams for talent acquisition.
• Plan budgets for cybersecurity projects, tools, and operations.
• Monitor and report on cybersecurity spending against budget forecasts.
• Justify budget needs to senior leadership or finance teams.
