About The Position

The Cyber Security Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving cyber initiatives, processes, and standards within a global maritime and classification company. This position involves close collaboration with the Chief Information Security Officer and requires the individual to realign NIST and ISO standards, enhance cybersecurity awareness, and communicate updates to the Board of Directors and C-level executives. The role also includes managing independent projects alongside Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and success.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of IT Strategic Program Management experience, with the last 2-3+ years focused on Cyber Security initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-level implementations or realignment to major security controls (NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27000, CMMC, ITAR).
• Experience managing programs with budgets of $10-15MM or more.
• Strong fundamental IT background with a career progression into PM/Program Management.
• Knowledge in areas outside of cyber including infrastructure, software/applications, and IT architecture.
• At least 1+ Cyber Security certification or knowledge of CMMC.
• GRC/Risk Analysis background.
• Experience establishing a SOC II program.

Responsibilities
