About The Position

Stephens is seeking a Cyber Security Program Coordinator to support the governance, operational, and financial aspects of our cyber security program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cyber security initiatives, assessments, and compliance efforts are tracked, coordinated, and executed efficiently across the organization. While the position includes strong organizational and coordination responsibilities, it is embedded within the cyber security team and supports strategic risk, compliance, and operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years professional experience.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with policy documents, assessments, and structured processes
  • Process management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent collaboration tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and management of cyber security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Support the coordination and tracking of cyber security assessments, risk activities, and recurring security processes
  • Track and assist with responses to cyber security questionnaires, audits, regulatory exams, and third-party security reviews
  • Maintain documentation, evidence, and status reporting related to cyber security governance and compliance activities
  • Assist with tracking cyber security budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and financial documentation
  • Support cyber security initiatives by performing light project management functions, including timelines, task tracking, and coordination with internal teams
  • Help ensure cyber security activities align with organizational risk management and compliance expectations
  • Prepare summaries, metrics, and status updates for cyber security leadership as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
