About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead our security operations, strengthen our enterprise security posture, and guide the organization through evolving cyber threats. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who can balance strategic oversight with technical depth, while driving continuous improvement across our cybersecurity program. Apply Today! Under general supervision of the IT Director, oversees the planning, implementation, and management of the organization’s information security program to protect systems, data, and digital assets from internal and external threats. This role leads security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance efforts while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Five to seven years of progressive experience in information security, including hands on technical work and security operations.
  • Two years of supervisory or team lead experience overseeing security analysts or technical staff.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or other recognized credentials demonstrating advanced security expertise.
  • Experience working with centrally managed security tools, including antivirus platforms, endpoint detection and response solutions, and firewall technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory administration and Group Policy best practices.
  • Must 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona.
  • Tribal preference given to qualified Tribal members.
