The Cyber Security Manager for Microsoft 365 Infrastructure at Deloitte is responsible for leading projects and providing expert guidance on securing clients' Microsoft 365 platforms. Lead projects and function as project lead architect with Microsoft technologies such as Purview, Intune, Sentinel, and Defender.
Assist in business development activities including defining service scope and pricing for M365 security services.
Deliver cloud security analysis and configurations for clients' Microsoft environments based on Deloitte's Cyber Risk Framework.
Oversee day-to-day activities of onsite and offshore engineers and architects, acting as the primary client interface.
Perform technical health checks for M365 platforms prior to broader deployments.
Assist clients with transitions to Microsoft 365 security services, focusing on risk mitigation.
Provide technical support for M365 E5 security services and resolve service-related issues.
Implement industry-leading practices around M365 E5 cyber risks and cloud security for clients.
Design and develop cloud-specific security policies, standards, and procedures.
Troubleshoot system-level problems in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment.
Document technical issues, analysis, client communication, and resolution as part of cyber risk mitigation steps.
Execute on M365 security engagements during different phases of the lifecycle.
Provide internal technical training to Advisory personnel as needed.
Act as a subject matter expert on cloud cyber risk for Microsoft technologies.
Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers on Microsoft 365 security capabilities.

6+ years of experience in technical consulting and project leadership.
6+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc.).
6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems management (SCCM, Intune).
6+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Security Platforms and Microsoft Sentinel.

Microsoft Certifications (SC-900, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400).
Cyber Certifications (CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, CCNP, CCNA).

Competitive salary range of $124,616 - $240,488.
