The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) protects and promotes the safety and well-being of children and families through child welfare and juvenile justice services and community supports. ACS manages community-based supports and foster care services, and provides subsidized child care vouchers. ACS child protection staff respond to allegations of child maltreatment. In juvenile justice, ACS oversees detention, placement and programs for youth in the community. ACS' Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides innovative IT solutions that effectively address the agency's business and operational requirements. As a central facilitator, OIT plays a crucial role in implementing and ensuring compliance with both city and state, IT and security policies and procedures. By doing so, it ensures the seamless integration of technology across the organization while maintaining adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices. OIT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Undergraduate Intern to join our Business Solutions Unit. As a Cyber Security Undergraduate Intern, you will gain hands-on experience as a member of OIT's Cyber Security Team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside professionals who implement and enforce compliance with NYC Cyber Command security requirements and Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications Citywide IT policies.
