About The Position

The Cyber Security Expert role at IBM involves delivering capacity building activities and managing cybersecurity strategies for critical infrastructure and intelligence in collaboration with government agencies. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity strategy and project management.
• Understanding of converting technical security findings into actionable plans.
• Experience in designing and delivering capacity building activities.
• Proficient in writing, presenting, and producing deliverables.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working internationally and/or in Eastern Europe.
• Experience with cybersecurity capacity building.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Infrastructure sectors.
• CISSP or CISM certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with USAID, Department of State, and/or E&E region.
• Active Security Clearance Preferred Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capacity building activities related to cybersecurity.
• Manage engagement and business cybersecurity strategies for critical infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on innovative solutions to digital infrastructure challenges.
• Conduct technical analyses and prepare deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and host country government agencies.
