About The Position

Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle. Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions. Coordinates and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns. Develop, evaluate and analyze design constraints, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain. Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions. Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements. Employs cyber security processes, methods, techniques and tools and assure their consistent application. Implements appropriate Assessment and Authorization activities as required by customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in cybersecurity or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity analysis, application, implementation.
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering, Systems design, Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Possess or ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle, Cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations applicable to space and ground systems.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings.
  • Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems.
  • Experience with Threat Modeling, preferably classified Cyber Threat Intel Support.
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-53.
  • DoD 8570 IAT I Certification.
  • Intuitive and proactive self-starter that's accountable and mission focused.
