About The Position

Job Responsibilities:
Implements, monitors, and maintains cybersecurity controls for JCO in accordance with DoD policies, RMF, and applicable security standards.
Conducts risk assessments, vulnerability scans, threat analyses, and security testing to identify and mitigate system and network threats.
Responds to, investigates, and remediates cybersecurity incidents, maintaining documentation, playbooks, and reports as required by the JCC2 PMO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in DoW Cybersecurity policies, RMF, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
• 5 years of experience using security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection).
• 5 years of experience with network protocols, operating systems, and database security.
• 5 years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and reporting.
• Top Secret/SCI Clearance, IAT Level

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) IAT Level III
