The Cyber Security Engineer (CSE3) provides cybersecurity engineering and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support to the PMS 339 Surface Training Systems Program Office. This role supports cyber planning, cybersecurity engineering, assessment, and compliance activities across Navy training systems and associated networks. The position works closely with program leadership, cybersecurity stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure systems maintain authorization to operate (ATO), security compliance, and continuous monitoring readiness. The Cyber Security Engineer plays a critical role in strengthening the cybersecurity posture of Navy training programs through engineering analysis, validation, and risk mitigation activities.
