About The Position

The Cyber Security Co-Op position is designed to assist the information security team in their daily tasks and contribute to the development of company-wide best practices for IT security. Interns will be assigned impactful projects that will enhance the Information Security Department at Boston Properties. Approximately 30% of the intern's time will be dedicated to project work, while the remaining time will involve internal operations such as creating and maintaining documentation and conducting research on new technologies and products.

Requirements

• Currently performing coursework in Computer Sciences or a related field.
• Possess a service orientation and attitude in working with others.
• Be detail-oriented and methodical in solving problems and managing multiple projects.
• Possess an aptitude toward learning technical concepts.
• Be results-oriented and a quick learner in supporting new products and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and accounting practices.
• Possess a working knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2010.
• Familiarity with at least one software package in word processing and spreadsheet categories.
