• Ability to follow standards and norms to produce consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify security issues to improve the organization's security posture.
• Monitor and safeguard log sources and security access.
• Plan for disaster recovery in the event of security breaches.
• Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unauthorized activities.
• Perform log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized access.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis of incidents.
• Handle incidents escalated by the L1 team in a 24x7 rotational shift.
• Use advanced analytics tools to determine emerging threat patterns.
• Complete tactical security operations tasks associated with the engagement.
• Conduct detailed analysis of incidents and create reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding cybersecurity issues and provide recommendations.
• Maintain an information security risk register and assist with audits.
• Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness training for colleagues.
