SFS is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst levels 1-2 for a pending prospoal to support the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) which leads the nation's medical and public health preparedness for, response to, and recovery from disasters and public health emergencies in the DHHS. Protecting and building resilience into the critical infrastructure and key resources of the United States - against all hazards-based scenarios - is essential to the Nation's security, public health, safety, and economic vitality. Their infrastructure network includes thousands of essential facilities and plants, transportation networks, and information technology systems. Functional Duties/Responsibilities: Cybersecurity Analyst 1 (Entry / Journeyman Support) 1.Provide program management support for cybersecurity initiatives by assisting with planning activities, tracking schedules and action items, and supporting status reporting under senior guidance. 2. Draft, update, and maintain cybersecurity documentation, briefing materials, reports, and correspondence to support program operations and stakeholder communications. 3. Support government and industry engagement activities by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and notes, and tracking follow-up actions related to cybersecurity initiatives. 4. Conduct research and analysis on cybersecurity policies, programs, emerging threats, and industry best practices to support program development and decision-making. 5. Assist with monitoring and documenting compliance-related activities aligned to federal cybersecurity requirements, guidance, and directives Cybersecurity Analyst 2 (Senior / Lead Support) (TWO additional tasks that distinguish Level 2) 1. Lead or independently manage cybersecurity program management efforts, including developing implementation plans, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to government leadership. 2. Serve as a primary point of contact for cybersecurity-related coordination with government and industry stakeholders, leading engagements, briefings, and interagency collaboration activities.
