Langan is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This role is crucial for the protection and security of Langan's network and information systems, serving as an information security subject matter expert on various security initiatives across the firm.

Assist with planning, implementation, and maintenance of the Firm's comprehensive enterprise-wide security program
Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer, Director of Infrastructure and Cyber Security Engineer to plan and establish information security policies and develop cybersecurity strategies
Continuously monitor Langan's IT infrastructure and identify ways to enhance the company's network security
Communicate with end users and relevant disciplines and departments in the organization concerning cyber security threats, notifications and performance
Conduct end user security awareness training and testing
Assist with business continuity and incident response process
Research emerging trends and security technologies
Perform other duties as requested

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar discipline required
Master's degree in Cyber Security preferred
Hands-on experience in a cyber security internship or similar role
Knowledge of security industry standards and best practices
Strong technical knowledge of cyber security tools, protocols, and standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Aptitude for problem solving with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
Excellent technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
