The Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) supports the Department by acquiring, distributing, installing and maintaining Local Area Networks, personal computers, mainframe computers, software, and data communications networks. ITSD also plans and coordinates the implementation of advanced technology. The selected Cyber Security Analyst will respond, log, investigate, and resolve incidents related to applications installed on Training Attendance Certification Transcript (TACTICS) and Daily Observation Report (DOR) servers. They will perform application vulnerability scans, review application vulnerabilities, assist in the development of security policies, monitor security logs, analyze log files from intrusion detection systems, collaborate with various teams, participate in tabletop exercises, perform hardware and software upgrades, and develop new features to improve user experience.
