Position Description: Cyber Security Administrator – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts. Location: Doral, FL

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field
  • OR 5 (five) years of equivalent hands-on cybersecurity operations experience
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal cybersecurity programs
  • Strong working knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, DoD RMF, and FedRAMP
  • Experience implementing and enforcing security controls in AWS and Azure environments
  • Hands-on experience managing the ATO process in a DoD or federal setting
  • Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanning, and risk mitigation
  • Ability to work in a mission focused, compliance driven environment
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
  • DoD 8570 or 8140 compliant certification such as Security+, CISSP, CASP+, or equivalent

  • Experience supporting IL-4 or IL-5 cloud environments
  • Experience in GovCloud deployments
  • Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture frameworks
  • Background supporting intelligence or combatant command environments
  • Experience in hybrid cloud and on premises security operations
  • Familiarity with penetration testing coordination and remediation validation
  • CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage security controls across AWS and Azure GovCloud environments
  • Ensure compliance with DoD RMF, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 requirements
  • Support IL-4 and IL-5 security mandates for mission systems
  • Lead and support the Authority to Operate lifecycle, including SSP, SAR, and POA&M development
  • Coordinate with government cybersecurity officials to obtain and maintain ATOs
  • Perform risk assessments and continuous monitoring activities
  • Administer role-based access control and enforce least privilege access
  • Manage and tune SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and AWS Security Hub
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking
  • Implement Zero Trust Architecture principles across cloud and hybrid environments
  • Apply and validate Security Technical Implementation Guides compliance
  • Support incident response activities and security event investigations
