Primary Responsibility: As a Cyber Security Account Executive at Milner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business to new heights. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Hard work ethic, positive, and coachable.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Selling the entire portfolio of Milner Cyber Security offerings within defined assignment.
  • Daily prospecting for net new business.
  • Support any sales cycles that are generated as leads by other Milner sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Understand client's business needs and challenges to position our technology solutions effectively.
  • Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technology solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Actively manage sales pipeline and monthly forecast
  • Facilitate sales cycles with Milner SMEs via discovery, SOW creation, presentation and follow up.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Meet or exceed Sales Quota expectations.
  • Complete Ongoing training of Milner portfolio to enhance product knowledge and expertise.
  • Internal collaboration between Milner resources from sales cycle creation to customer implementation and project completion.
  • Integrate with Milner Sales Teams to educate, train and support our Cyber Security growth initiative.
