About The Position

The Digital Trust & Online Protection Professional will advise clients on developing, managing, and implementing policies and strategies to ensure a safe and compliant online environment. This role focuses on scaling trust and safety processes, including content compliance and user protection, while monitoring regulatory changes and managing risks. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's approach to content safety and user trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Information Security, Compliance, Public Policy or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in trust and safety, compliance, or content moderation.
• Proven experience managing online safety initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel 25-75% based on work and client needs.

• Experience working with external regulators.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to online safety.
• Strong knowledge of GRC capabilities and data protection laws.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Assist with ongoing communications with external regulators.

• Leverage data and analytics to monitor program effectiveness.
