About The Position

The Cyber Resiliency and Recovery Lead consultant is responsible for design and execution of an independent validation capability that proves critical cyber recovery and resiliency capabilities are ready on demand and will work when we need them most. The Lead consultant drives holistic validation and assurance across multiple cyber resiliency related initiatives, and partners closely with leaders across Technology, Security, Operations, 1st and 2nd line Risk to deliver outcomes that are aligned with enterprise strategy. This role independently validates that technical designs are sound, operationally executable, and adequately supporting ransomware resilience objectives.

Requirements

5-7 years’ experience in the areas of Cyber resiliency, DR engineering, Infrastructure recovery, Cyber Recovery programs, Advanced control design and operating effectiveness testing demonstrating following competencies
Technical Strong understanding of: Infrastructure builds and Isolated recovery Backup and restore architectures Cloud & hybrid infrastructure recovery (AWS/Azure/on-prem) Ransomware attack lifecycle and containment considerations Assurance driven assessments
Experience validating recoverability of systems, not just availability
Recovery & Resilience Expertise Knowledge of: Technology Recovery & Business Continuity integration Data Integrity, Data Reconciliation validations Dependency mapping (business functions à applications à infrastructure)
Experience conducting tabletops, simulations, or technical validation exercises
Analytical & Structured Thinking Ability to translate complex technical environments into: Clear validation criteria Testable outcomes Evidence-based conclusions Strong documentation and reporting capability
