This consultant, with direction from Mobile Technology management, will oversee a team of technicians who will: 1. Travel between 37 office locations, delivering on-site remediation and support. 2.Develop solutions and plans for updating IT devices as directed. 3.Address vulnerabilities and deficiencies affecting laptops, tablets and smartphones. 4. Support remediation of zero-day vulnerabilities as identified by Cyber Command and CISO. 5.Resolve network reconnection issues, ensuring devices that have fallen out of compliance can rejoin the network. 6.Work directly with end users to troubleshoot issues that prevent regular patching, updates, and compliance. 7.Document and provide work activity reports as defined by IT Management. 8.Create technical documents as needed. 9.Provide guidance to supervised staff regarding escalated issues. 10.Develop schedules and staff assignment matrices for the team working in various boroughs. 11.Escalate issues to IT Management. 12.Ensure customer service standards are maintained when the team is interacting with staff. 13.Perform additional technical tasks assigned to augment ongoing cyber remediation efforts.
