About The Position

Peraton seeks a Cyber Red Team Planner to support Red Team Operations and Planning for DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC). Location: Fort Meade, MD. Tasks include: Conduct cyber planning missions, coordinate operations, and recommend schedules. Assist in the development of Rules of Engagement. Coordinate with the customer, Red Team, and intelligence cells to ensure cyber assessments are threat representative. Review test plans and provide input based on the customer's needs and capabilities. Support exercise and test scenario development and cyber objectives. Supports Red Team training and certification program and team. Provide the support services in the execution of Cyber Red Team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider associate with 10 years or HS+12 years.
• Must have OCO and/or DCO experience.
• Must have experience identifying any new adversary TTPs and threat source analysis.
• Must have experience in developing Cyber Attack Plans (external, internal and Insider Threat vectors).
• Able to develop scenario information and corresponding DCO data.
• Must be able to develop, execute, and enhance Cyber Red Team, capabilities, and TTPs.
• IAT Level II certification OR ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• CSSP-Analyst certification OR ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• U.S Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI.
