ICF has an immediate need for a cleared and experienced Cyber Operations Support Specialist to handle end-user technical support queries on the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) platform. This role involves documenting, monitoring, and resolving reported issues while ensuring compliance with operational service level standards. As a Cyber Operations Support Specialist, you will utilize product information and solution databases for thorough research and troubleshooting, providing comprehensive solutions. You will also offer guidance on issue resolution approaches and escalate issues as necessary.
