  • Serve as the overall Team Lead for the CORA program, managing daily operations, staff performance, and mission execution across multiple concurrent cybersecurity inspections and assessments.
  • Lead full-spectrum program management activities, including cost, schedule, and performance oversight; risk management; stakeholder engagement; and compliance with all contractual requirements.
  • Oversee the creation, quality assurance, and timely delivery of all CDRL-mandated products—including Monthly Status Reports, financial reporting, inspection deliverables, and program documentation.
  • Coordinate and deliver Kick-Off Meetings, in/out-briefs, and leadership updates, ensuring alignment with DTRA priorities and operational tempo.
  • Manage staffing plans, recruitment, onboarding, retention initiatives, and backfill processes to maintain full coverage of all assessment areas.
  • Provide expert guidance and subject matter leadership for Traditional Security Reviews, ensuring assessments comply with SPēD program requirements, the Traditional SRR Checklist, DoDI 3305.13, and NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117).
  • Lead and support Releasable Reviews, ensuring proper information handling, sanitization, classification marking, foreign disclosure processes, and releasability compliance.
  • Ensure all review teams follow standardized methodologies, SRG/STIG criteria, DODIN Inspection guidance, and vulnerability management processes.
  • Maintain accurate lifecycle records in Government-designated systems, ensuring traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with DoD and DTRA governance.
  • Coordinate closely with DODIN governance stakeholders, portfolio managers, inspection tool developers, and DTRA leadership to resolve issues, validate data, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to Reviewers, fostering cross-domain proficiency and ensuring consistent, high-quality assessment execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, KO, and DTRA leadership, ensuring transparent communication, rapid issue resolution, and mission alignment.
  • Support development, review, and upkeep of SOPs, TTPs, checklists, and guides to enhance inspection standardization and capability maturity.
  • Ensure full compliance with all security, access, clearance, and handling requirements for TS/SCI environments and sensitive mission information.
  • Must have 10 – 12 years of experience
  • Education: BS (or 4 additional years of experience)
  • Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Certifications Required: DoD 8140/8570 IAT III (CASP, Security X, CCNP, CISSP, CISA)
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) within 90 days.
