About The Position

Cyber Operations Planner Key Role: Manages the planning, design, and implementation of cyber operations for Department of Defense agencies supporting combatant commands and other organizations. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts and uses cyberspace operations experience to create solutions for hard target defeat. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with cyberspace operations and non-kinetic effects planning and vulnerability assessment or analysis
  • Knowledge of tactics and doctrine development in support of real-world operations, and modeling and simulation
  • Ability to integrate cyber into dynamic ISR and Fires deliberate planning and operations
  • Ability to analyze or develop operational requirements for advanced C2 technology efforts, including via the Joint Fires Network (JFN)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with operations at a Combatant Command or Service Component
  • Experience with Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) planning
  • Experience with intelligence support to OCO
  • Experience with the Joint Planning Process
  • Experience with intelligence disciplines, including all-source
  • Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
  • OCO Cyber Certification
