Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber Operations Future Plans Officer to join the USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area. Responsibilites: Provide input for development of plans, orders and related documents that enable JTF-ARES to conduct Cyber Operations (CO) and Information Operations (IO) to meet approved mission objectives. Understand, analyze, and evaluate current/emerging threats within tasked mission areas. Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher headquarters and make recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts. Use JOPP to develop plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design. Provide input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency plans and operations. Develop and integrate cyberspace capabilities into deliberate, contingency, and crisis action plans. Provide input to address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and be prepared to modify development planning efforts based on the changing cyberspace environment. Contribute to the development of exercise scenarios, exercise operational plans, and other required documentation to support planning and execution to accomplish exercise training priorities. Facilitate/participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Teams; craft operational concepts/approaches to plan and deliver CO/IO effects to achieve assigned mission objectives. Facilitate command and control, employment, and support requirements for Combat Mission Teams (CMT), Combat Support Teams (CSTs), and other mission-tailored operational elements.
