About The Position

Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of Cybersecurity M&A projects, including strategy development, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and achievements to ensure alignment and support. | 20 2. | Drive Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Cultivate a proactive approach to risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with cybersecurity projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity project management.
  • Effective leadership, training and presentation skills, and experience in leading multiple, highly diverse teams to achieve results.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments; adjusts plans as needed to meet evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong management skills planning, organizing, leading, and measuring service driven teams.
  • Ability to exercise and mentor others on good professional judgment and security related ethics

Nice To Haves

  • A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) in relevant disciplines are preferred.
