About The Position

The Cyber Intelligence Technical Specialist I is a staff position accountable for ensuring continuity of computer system services for system users by providing real-time device monitoring and maintenance. Shift options: Tuesday-Saturday, 3pm-12am. Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-12am.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s (or higher) degree in computer science-related field.
Two or more years of technical work experience.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., A+, Network+ and Security+).

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution performing question/problem diagnosis in a network operating center environment.
Monitor real-time device status, circuit status, and events – responding as necessary.
Communicate to clients any issues or down tests.
Address spam filtering and web content filtering requests.
Create, filter, and close tickets.
Communicate directly and persistently with various service vendors to hold them accountable for adherence to service levels.
Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly professional manner and assist senior technicians as needed.
Follow defined procedures and policies to resolve recurring tasks.
Escalate or involve senior technicians on more complex problems.
Perform related work as required.
