The Cyber Intelligence Planner and Analyst will provide all-source intelligence production and analysis in support of offensive and defensive operations across the full spectrum of cyberspace services. This role emphasizes production, analysis, and integration with other sources, leveraging an understanding of the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB) process and military intelligence doctrine to support the Joint Targeting Process. The analyst will also provide formal feedback to intelligence reporting authors and sources, participate in analytic exchanges with higher and adjacent headquarters, and develop intelligence products, guides, and briefs. Responsibilities include daily analytical briefings, pattern and trend analysis, Intelligence Preparation of The Environment (IPOE), collection and request for information (RFI) management, target system analysis, and intelligence support to planning. Collaboration with external cyber intelligence organizations is essential, as is participation in conferences, working groups, meetings, and other forums to demonstrate intelligence expertise through discussions, white papers, meeting notes, and presentations.
