About The Position

Leidos has an opening for a highly qualified and cleared Cyber Integration Engineer for the Multi-Domain Solutions Division. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your experience to support across all-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems to realize the Department of Defense Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). In this role you will support the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Processing Node (PN) team to design and implement solutions that can be delivered at speed, scale, and with the necessary security to deliver operational advantages to the joint warfighter. ABMS is a top modernization priority for the Department of the Air Force and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across JADC2. This position will work closely with Program Managers, domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners. Primary responsibilities: Cybersecurity engineers design, implement, and enforce security solutions in alignment with security policy. Cybersecurity engineers provide oversight to changes in hardware, software, or network configuration and implement best practices in securing the infrastructure. Works on cybersecurity items and system bug resolution as required. Implements highly technical solutions using various advanced technologies.

Requirements

  • An Engineering degree, 8 - 12 years of relevant practical software Linux and/or Windows system cyber administration experience.
  • Active and current Secret clearance
  • Experience using DevSecOps resources and technologies.
  • CI/CD automation design and implementation with Gitlab CI and Artifactory.
  • Strong procedure automation using scripting technologies like Python, Linux shells, Windows PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Familiarity with a variety of DoD STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guide).
  • Experience remediating cyber related findings on Linux host baselines, Windows environments to include Active Directory implementation, and Group Policy definitions.
  • Network systems administration and STIG Implementation.
  • Experience with cyber tools: EvaluateSTIG, StigViewer Security Center & Nessus (ACAS)

Nice To Haves

  • Container technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift) knowledge.
  • Performance monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ALG Stack).
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Active and current TS/SCI clearance.
