Requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential branding and reputation threats to the organization and take action to resolve them.
• Support the creation of cyber-intelligence tools and methods to mitigate data and cybersecurity risks.
• Investigate computer and information security incidents to determine the extent of compromise to national security information.
• Assist in defining security objectives and system-level performance requirements.
• Research and stay updated on tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities.
• Validate secure systems and test security products to detect weaknesses.
• Maintain the computer and information security incident, damage, and threat assessment programs.
• Conduct periodic reviews of system audits and monitor corrective actions until closure.
• Use data mining tools to collect data for further research and analysis.
• Provide support through front-line telephone and email communications.
• Manage branding or reputation incidents by ingesting, triaging, prioritizing, assigning, tracking, documenting, and managing results.
• Document technical details of current or potential brand threats.
• Monitor websites, search engines, and the dark web for potential brand threats.
• Analyze and retrieve information from social media and chat sites.
