About The Position

Cyber Hard Target Strategist and Technical Advisor The Opportunity: Apply strategic guidance and technical subject matter expertise to support market leads across a variety of client areas, specifically in the various aspects of the SIGINT and Cyber missions as they relate to Hard Targets, and across disciplines including TechSIGINT, Cyber Non-Kinetic Effects, Electronic Warfare, and the application of Artifi cia l Intelligence to the SIGINT and Cyber mission. Integrate Special Operations Forces (SOF) into Cyber Operations, to include Expeditionary Cyber, RF-enabling, and other aspects of the SOF, Cyber, and Space ‘triad.’ E nga ge with senior clients across non-DoD organizations and non-IC organizations to identify opportunities for support to critical missions. Identify mission critical work and suitable contracts to execute tactical sales and pursue OTAs, Pilots, and other whitespace work for new capab ilities and emerging mission needs. C ond uct regular status and strategy meetings with the company's market leadership to comprehend client needs and link them to the organization's product or service strategies. Assist with major capture efforts from start to finish and support business staff in captures that are espe cia lly demanding. Partner with other market leaders on company-wide initiatives, and lead capture efforts that have a measurable impact on business growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large technical portfolios within the DoD and IC
  • 10+ years of experience directly supporting the DoD and IC, including senior-level e nga gement
  • 8+ years of experience working complex technical solutions that support the DoD and IC, including cyber solutions or cyber operations
  • Experience collaborating across Government stakeholders to successfully develop and deploy full cyber kill chain solutions to achieve mission outcomes
  • Experience e nga ging with key stakeholders to discuss CHT capab ilities and services, including driving program of record creation and driving successful Government-Industry partnerships through creation of a collaborative, team-centric culture
  • Knowledge of the acqui sit ion life cycle
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working with DoD and IC acqui sit ion center s and Key Client Mission Stakeholders
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Experience with using Micro sof t Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with the successful execution of all phases of large, multi-year capture efforts
  • Experience serving as a program or project manager with the military and DoD
  • Experience establishing relationships in the DoD and IC government and industry communities
  • Knowledge of Full Spectrum Cyber Operations, including the cyber kill chain, CNO, CNA, and OCO development, and Cyber Defense
