This role specifically focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients through the design and implementation of strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. As a Cyber Defense & Engineering Consulting Co-Op Intern within PwC's Advisory practice, you will immerse yourself in cybersecurity, engaging with clients to support their needs and gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client projects, enhancing your understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and practices. You will support teams by participating in projects and performing basic tasks, learning from experienced professionals. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
  • Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application
  • Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school
  • Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school
  • This role is six months in duration and traditionally has start dates in January and June

Responsibilities

  • Supporting cybersecurity teams in implementing identity and access management solutions
  • Participating in the development and maintenance of network identity management systems
  • Assisting in the evaluation and enhancement of cybersecurity measures and protocols
  • Engaging in vulnerability management and IT infrastructure assessments
  • Contributing to the design and documentation of access control models and systems
