  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the pre-sale process to understand business requirements and provide technical input.
  • Draft proposals and statements of work (SOW) based on customer needs.
  • Lead meetings with customers to understand their business needs and map them to Microsoft technology solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and develop project documents, identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Communicate the business value of planned solutions to customers and partners.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate resources to resolve issues effectively.
  • Act as an ambassador for intellectual property consumption and improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the adoption of cloud and Microsoft technologies.
  • Learn new technologies based on business demands and industry trends, obtaining relevant certifications.
  • Complete operational tasks ensuring compliance with Microsoft policies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a relevant area of business.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Experience with cybersecurity compliance and regulatory standards such as FedRAMP and NIST.
  • Technical writing skills and experience in vulnerability management.
  • Experience as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information System Security Manager (ISSM).
  • Certification in Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
  • Experience using SEIM tools like Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and Zero Trust principles.
