About The Position

Pratt & Whitney’s Cybersecurity organization is seeking a Cybersecurity & Compliance Leader (CCL) to serve as a strategic partner to assigned business domains. This role operates at the intersection of cyber risk, compliance, and business operations. The CCL ensures enterprise cybersecurity priorities are effectively understood, adopted, and executed within the business while providing leadership with clear visibility into risk posture. As a trusted advisor and business-facing liaison, the CCL aligns cybersecurity and compliance requirements with business objectives, drives risk governance, and supports readiness for internal and external regulatory expectations. This role is a key contributor to Cyber Mission Assurance and the broader enterprise cybersecurity posture. This is not a hands-on operational role. The CCL drives risk ownership, accountability, and business action—ensuring cybersecurity enables mission success, operational continuity, and customer trust.
