About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dallas, TX and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. As a Cyber Client Advisor, you will assess client needs and craft tailored solutions to complex risk challenges. You will engage directly with clients during meetings and proposals, delivering clear and compelling marketing messages. Managing coverage specifications, obtaining quotes, and ensuring program accuracy will be key responsibilities. Building strong relationships with carriers and underwriters, staying informed on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive client retention and new business growth will make this role both dynamic and impactful. We will count on you to: Assess the needs of clients and develop solutions to risk situations, across complexity spectrum Meet with clients directly during meetings and proposals and prepare client marketing messages Submit coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers, binds coverage and be responsible for the accuracy of programs they have bound Receive and analyze quotes from carriers and provide analysis and recommendations Develop strong working relations with carriers and or underwriters Possess strong knowledge of insurance and risk marketplace including financial strength and risk appetite while keeping abreast of changing insurance and risk market conditions Contribute to the firm's body of knowledge on product line by participating in internal networks and work closely with our client teams to support client retention and new business production

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree
  • 2+ years on industry experience, Cyber experience is highly preferred
  • P&C license, or ability to obtain
