About The Position

Summary: This position is responsible for all operational aspects of the Cyber Café including point of sale cash handling, coffee and food production and presentation, inventory/stocking, client service/satisfaction and sanitation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written interactions with clients, coworkers and supervisory staff is required.
• Ability to read and interpret written directives to accurately complete workplace assignments is required.
• Culinary skills including food preparation and presentation are required.
• Knowledge of food stocking/rotation is required.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of coffee production with enthusiasm to grow in this area is preferred.
• A self-starter who is able to be flexible and cope with physical demands of café production including on-the-spot decision making for client satisfaction is preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit is preferred.
