Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas.
• Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
• Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Evaluate business problems and potential for automated solutions.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating and specification development for systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet requirements.
• Execute unit, integration and acceptance testing for systems that meet business needs.
• Analyze business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide business and IT leaders insights to support decision making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address business partner's needs.
