About The Position

Wanted: A mission driven candidate with a CISSP and an active secret clearance to be our next Cyber Analyst / Data Automation in supporting NAVSEA PMS 443 in Washington, DC,

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as an ISSE or ISSM
  • Experience with Data Analysis and tools with focus in cybersecurity and system integration
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • CISSP Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites of Tools: Power BI, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office
  • Familiar with data visualization i.e., example: Power BI, Share Point
  • Proficient with RMF Framework and processes
  • Proficient in eMASS
  • Strong knowledge of policies related to Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic familiarity with cyber related systems: VRAM, DITPR-DON, and similar systems

Nice To Haves

  • CGRC Certification (formerly CAP) is a plus
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and MBSE methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support cybersecurity data automation initiatives, Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts, and sustainment data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate cybersecurity information to stakeholders.
  • Develop data models and layouts to support data mining and research
  • Utilize Microsoft Tools to include Power BI, SharePoint, Visio, and in support of Data Automation and RMF
  • Perform analysis of data to reduce digital footprint and provide recommendations for data reuse
  • Analyze data and depict details and summaries as metrics, statistics, charts, and graphs
  • Manage a portfolio of systems as Program ISSM working with geographically separated support personnel
  • Maintain metrics and documentation for systems in the portfolio
  • Perform in-depth reviews of system eMASS packages for accuracy and quality
  • Ensure that cybersecurity controls and updates are accurately reflected and maintained in RMF documentation.
  • Ensure that cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into system designs and implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in the documentation and management of cybersecurity measures within the RMF and eMASS frameworks.
  • Support sustainment data analysis to identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities in existing systems.
