Leidos is seeking multiple Cyber Analysts in Ft Meade, MD to support our Connection Approval / Authorization to Connect efforts. These positions are primarily on-site, but light, partial telework may be available at the discretion of our customer and program management. The maximum starting salary for these positions is $70,000/year. Responsibilities: Support Connection Approval branch leadership with communication, deliverables, and documentation, including briefings, white papers, SOPs, CONOPS, COOP Plans, and DISN CPG updates. Ensure compliance with DoD architectures, programs, and standards, developing and maintaining SOPs/TTPs, and distributing up to three memorandums annually. Develop and implement policies, plans, and SOPs for compliance with Federal, DoD, and DISA policies, including SIPRNet Access Migration (SAM), MPLS networks, RMF, and Cloud connection approvals. Provide cybersecurity policy recommendations supporting DISA’s strategic planning, governance, and change management. Conduct IA compliance analysis and assess the cybersecurity impact of DISN connections, reviewing network packages, RMF Security Authorization Packages, and security agreements (MOAs/MOUs). Process and perform quality assurance on connection approval packages, resolving customer issues and ensuring compliance with DoD policies. Process connection packages, extract and deliver monthly performance metrics reports, and provide weekly 30/60/90-day reports on expiring circuit connections to CAO Government and JFHQ-DODIN personnel. Attend internal and external events, including governance boards and working groups, to provide meeting minutes and track action items. Maintain data integrity of CAO databases, managing organizational mailboxes, tracking MP metrics, and processing connection package correspondence using Government-approved systems.
