We're looking for a CX Technical Consultant who will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and supporting high-value customer engagement solutions across CSG's global client base. This role requires a strong technical foundation, collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving results through thoughtful configuration, testing, and optimization.

  • Solution Implementation & Configuration
  • Work directly with clients to gather and validate technical requirements.
  • Configure CX platform components to align with business goals and technical specifications.
  • Design and execute integration test plans, event triggers, and user workflows.
  • Validate data flows, APIs, and system behavior across touchpoints.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document defects during implementation phases.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyze logs, usage data, and performance metrics to identify issues and improvement areas.
  • Support customer operations in performing root cause analysis for performance incidents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend system enhancements or configuration changes.
  • Change Request Documentation
  • Translate customer requests into detailed technical design documents.
  • Review and finalize designs with stakeholders and maintain technical repositories.
  • Technical Enablement & Support
  • Assist in developing training materials, technical guides, and FAQs.
  • Participate in partner onboarding and training sessions.
  • Act as a technical point-of-contact for implementation partners.
  • Quality Assurance & Deployment
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure smooth system validation.
  • Participate in structured release plans and provide post-deployment support.
  • Validate testing results and confirm performance benchmarks are met.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution configuration, or CX platform implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with customer engagement technologies and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, event-based systems, and workflow engines.
  • Familiarity with agile project delivery and test-driven development methodologies.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
