Position Overview The Client Experience Support Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency of the Client Experience team. This role is responsible for managing workflow within Adobe Workfront, ensuring compliance across quoting and ordering processes, and providing administrative and reporting support to Project Managers and leadership. This position acts as the central hub for project intake, routing, and process governance, helping to ensure projects move through the system accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support roles preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Workload and capacity management within Workfront; review incoming requests and assign accordingly
  • Maintain and update Workfront task lists, templates, and workflows to support efficient project execution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for workflow and system-related questions, including project setup, movement, and closeout support
  • Audit projects for process compliance, ensuring required documentation (signed quotes, vendor quotes, request forms) is properly uploaded and complete
  • Build and maintain reports within Workfront to support team visibility and decision-making
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems maintaining data integrity, consistency, and alignment between platforms
